A Soulful Place

Did you know that Creativity/Art can be fun and therapuetic?  Join artist and practitioner, Mary Reis, as we kick off “A Soulful Place” workshop series exploring connecting art with life’s joys, journeys, and obstacles.  No art experience necessary!  Bring your imagination to create and problem solve together in a group setting.

Topic: Based on the ancient Japanese art form Kintsugi, which mends broken pottery with gold paint, create your own imperfect Valentine hearts using paper, paint, and glue.  These hearts can symbolize your own unique “cracks” in life and guide you through some useful strategies to ease life’s imperfections.  All materials provided.  Sharing is completely optional.
